Congratulations to Team Alberta on a 3rd place finish at the Canadian Chess Challenge in Moncton! Alberta defeated Quebec 6.5-5.5 in the final round to take third by half a point at 7 match points out of 9, behind Ontario (9) and British Columbia (7.5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Extra congrats to the top individual finishers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grade 3: Felix Zhang, 3rd place
Grade 4: Lucas Wang, 3rd place
Grade 10: Eric Jin, 3rd place
